What is the cost of the moving truck?
StudyMover's prices are transparently divided into simple rates for you. Only the hours for the duration of your move will be charged.
Included in the price
All costs, such as the kilometers driven or the fuel consumed for the moving truck, are already included in the price, as are the costs for the driver!
We do not charge any travel costs and you do not have to pay a deposit, as it is the case with a car rental, because you are not liable for any damage to the vehicle.

Calculation
The calculation of the hours starts when the moving van is in front of your door and ends when all furniture is unloaded.
If the booked time is not enough, each additional 30 minutes would be charged with 25.00 euros. But check with the driver beforehand if he has the time free for an extension!
Only one tariff is valid, they can not be combined!
Payment
You arrange the payment directly with the transport company that we arrange for you.
Normally, payment is made in cash to the driver at the starting address and is confirmed in writing by a receipt. You will receive a proper invoice from the transport company within a few days when the transport is completed.

The rates are valid for transports within Cologne, Bonn and Düsseldorf. If your start or destination address is in another city, we will be happy to send you a non-binding offer.
Price examples
Example 1
- Transportation from Cologne to Bonn (all kilometers included)
- Rate A was booked (3-hour rate)
- Loading in Cologne starts at 10:00 am
- Unloading in Bonn ends at 12:45 pm
- The trip costs only the planned 149,00 Euro
Example 2
- Transportation from Düsseldorf to Bonn (all kilometers included)
- Rate B was booked (5-hour rate)
- The loading in Düsseldorf starts at 10:00 am
- The unloading in Bonn ends at 03:45 pm
- The trip costs 219,00 Euro (Rate B) plus 2x 25,00 Euro extension (2x 30 minutes) = 269,00 Euro
Example 3
- Transport journey from Cologne to Aachen
- Offer is calculated individually with kilometers and travel time
- 30 minutes waiting time are included per loading point
- Loading in Cologne starts at 04:00 pm and takes 60 minutes
- Unloading in Aachen ends at 08:45 pm and takes 40 minutes
- The trip costs (approximately) 190,00 Euro (according to the offer) plus 4x 25,00 Euro extension (4x 30 minutes) = approx. 290,00 Euro
Example 4
- Transport journey from Cologne to Bremen
- Offer is calculated individually with kilometers and travel time
- 30 minutes waiting time are included per loading point
- Loading in Cologne starts at 10:00 am and takes 60 minutes
- Unloading in Bremen ends at 03:00 pm and takes 30 minutes
- The trip costs (approximately) 439,00 Euro (according to the offer) plus 1x 25,00 Euro extension (1x 30 minutes) = approx. 464,00 Euro
